You will be on Dropbox now, You need to download the file to Your computer.

Once You download You will have zipped file somewhere on Your computer. You need to put it in a Tray folder (C:/ Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray) and right click it and unpack it with WinRar, 7zip or any other program like that.
