This house was build only with 10.000 $ what You can see in video below. Of course its really small but I managed to put bathroom, bedroom, full kitchen with dinning table, and a little patio area with grill! It's perfect for a starter house and You can always add TV, computer etc. but I obviously couldn't do that because of a cash limit :).
You need 20x20 lot and I recommend putting it here:
