This build is little bit different than others. First of all its restaurant not a house, but (!) it has a house on top of it. You propably know that in sims this don't work as we wished but actually You can buy it as restaurant, then block the doors to the top part and live in it. Sometimes when some vampires will visit your restaurant they might teleport into your house but it's not that big of an issue to get rid of them :). The next problem is that even if You cook something on your stove you need to ask for a table to eat it in your house. But you can always ask for the table as soon as you open the restaurant and then do whatever You want.
Anyways that is a restaurant that You don't need to ever leave!
